DEPOSITS
- No deposit required for parties of up to 11 guests anytime of the week.
- Mon/Tues/Wed Lunch and Dinner and Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun Lunch (12-4pm)
12-19 guests, no deposit required, however confirmation must be sent in writing to confirm the booking. Please note, if no confirmation is received your booking is not confirmed. A member of our reservations team will call you when we have received your confirmation.
- Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun Dinner (5pm onwards)
We will require a non-refundable £10 deposit per guest for all parties of 12 or more which is due two weeks after the provisional booking is made. Please note, your reservation will only be confirmed when we have received your deposit. We ask that you keep us up to date with the number of guests who will be dining at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid losing any deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day of your booking.
- All parties of 20 or more anytime of the week
We will require a non-refundable £10 deposit per guest which is due two weeks after the provisional booking is made. Please note, your reservation will only be confirmed when we have received your deposit. We ask that you keep us up to date with the numbers of guests who will be dining at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid losing any deposit. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day of your booking.
SERVICE CHARGE
An optional 10% service charge will be added to the bill if 10 guests or more.

Wine can be pre-ordered from our wine list and be ready on your table on arrival.

Information on full, exclusive use of our party room
Exclusive Use and Hire of Party Room for Thursday, Friday and Saturday
For guests who wish to hire our party room all day i.e. 12pm until 8pm onwards or from 5pm onwards there is a hire charge of £1000.00 plus VAT for events on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays only. (Table linen is included with the hire charge).
Please note that there must be a minimum of 70 guests. If your party count is less than 70, please note that you will be charge for 70. All guests must eat from one of our set menus available.
Exclusive Use and Hire of Party Room from Sunday to Wednesday
For bookings from Sunday to Wednesday the party room is free for parties of 70 guests or more. The exclusive use of the room can reserved for parties up to 100 people. If you wish the exclusive use if the room but your party counts less than 100 people, you will be charged for 70 guests. Please note the all guest must eat from one of the set menus available.
Non Exclusive Use
If you do not wish to have full exclusive use of the party room please note other parties will share the party room with your guests.
To Make A Reservation
Booking
To make a reservation please call for availability, then you can arrange a suitable time to come and visit our venue if you wish.
Menus
Then select one of our set menus, we can also modify one to your exact specification. We can do a buffet (please ask for prices and content) as well as multi course menus, see website menus page.
Bar
Cash bar will be offered for private parties (were drinks can be paid for at time of ordering) and wine can be pre ordered
Deposit
After confirming the date and time and approximate numbers, we will require you to pay a non refundable deposit of £10.00 per guest within 1 month of making the provisional booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day or night of your reservation. Your reservation will only be confirmed when we have received your deposit. We ask that you keep us up to date with the numbers of guests who will be dining at least 24 hours before your reservation to avoid losing any deposit.
Extras
We are more than happy to provide quotations for the following; Band or DJ, flowers, table linen and napkins, piper, photographer, balloons and decorations (all at cost price)
